Built in 1859 and bought by Hilda and Roy Dow in 1929, the unique Dow's Pharmacy displays a fascinating history of a country pharmacy with its original fittings, products, records and equipment.
The pharmacy closed its doors in 1968 with many of its content still intact. It has many of the original shop's pharmaceutical equipment, including those used to prepare medicines prior to the advent of modern dispensing.
