We all know that life can be tough and in these uncertain times it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like you’re not quite on track - not where you want to be with your health, fitness, family or career.
Even at the best of times, relationships can be hard work and financial pressures are always there. The COVID-19 pandemic has just amplified all of this stuff for many of us.
Sometimes the best thing to do is take a step back and give yourself some space to think about and re-discover what is important to you.

Tell your story and listen to the life experience of others. Use the time to take a breath, re-charge, learn some new skills, make some new friends and get a plan for what your ‘new normal’ could look like.
